1.1. Dear User! Zer4U (2000) Ltd. (hereinafter: "The Company") respects your privacy and the privacy of all its customers and the Users of its services (hereinafter: "The User" and/or "The Users") during the use of the Company's website and the Company’s various digital media, including the use of the application (hereinafter: "The Services").
2. Gathering and using the information
2.1 Some of the services that are provided require registering and/or providing personal information, such as full name, identity number, address, credit information, contact methods, information about your location, details of the address to which the delivery is designated, the content of the greetings that you will enter and any information that may be necessary for the operation of the Company's websites and the rendering of the services.
The aforementioned information also allows you inter alia to connect to your personal area, where you will be required to identify yourself, whether with your username and your password or in another way.
2.2 The Company has registered databases in which the data and the details that were provided and/or gathered about the Users of the Company's websites will be saved. 3. Access to and use of the information

In addition, you will be able to remove yourself from receiving the aforementioned messages and/or offers according to the instructions of removal which will be attached to the message. Please note – any request to be removed from the mailing list which will not be submitted as specified above and according to the instructions in the detailed message will not be received and will not be considered as a request for removal which was submitted by you and/or received in the Company.
4. Providing information to a third party
4.1 The Company may from time to time transfer information about you to third parties in several cases as will be specified below and/or in any other case in which the Company will be required to transfer:
4.1.1 According to the demand of the User and/or with his explicit consent;
4.1.2 For the purpose of transferring them to the suppliers of the products and/or the providers of the services in order to complete the actions requested by you and/or when required for the operation of the services, such as external defrayal companies for the issue of the payment for the service as well as the provider of the cloud services;

4.1.8 In any case in which the Company believes that it is necessary to provide the information in order to prevent serious damage to the Company and/or to the property and/or the body of the User and/or of third parties or in order to prevent other previous damage at its sole discretion;
4.3 The aforementioned provisions do not derogate from the Company’s right to transfer to third parties impersonal information which cannot directly identify you with your name and/or with the details of your identity.
5. Information security
The Company makes its utmost efforts to protect the confidentiality of the data which were provided by the User - while implementing accepted safety measures and using advanced security technologies. You are aware that the Company designates resources and implements strict measures to prevent hacking into platforms which provide the services and to thwart possible violation of the User’s privacy, but it cannot completely prevent disruptions in its services.
With respect to privacy pursuant to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you or anyone on your behalf may peruse the information about you which is located in the Company’s databases and even request that the Company will correct this information if it is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate.
